Oh big surprise, George Will didn't think much of Obama's speech

He thinks the stadium was too grandiose. Oh lord, please, these guys practically wet themselves getting excited over Bush playing dress up with a codpiece on an aircraft carrier turned around so you couldn't see San Diego in the background, while he lied through his teeth and exploited a war for political gain. Talk about shameless grandiosity. Now Obama is too much? These people, all you can do is shake your head. Pundits and standard GOP hacks, the only job in the world where you can be wrong 90 percent of the time and still have a career.

It was so scary I came back upstairs to read DU for a while. Sounds like it might be safe to go back to the TV now. George Will I can handle, Cindy not so much.

4. They now have their talking points, but before that, they were "speechless"
and gushing. Go by their first impressions.

7. Good. It wasn't written for him, but for middle of the road voters not yet sold on Obama
and folks that were not sold on Obama oratory, but on Hillary-like workman style stump speeches.
