She gained a total of 10 pounds during her entire pregnancy, and gave birth to a healthy baby. The day after she gave birth, she looked like she had never been pregnant.

Down's syndrome shows up in 1 out of every 19 pregnancies in women Sarah Palin's age. Maternal age is a HUGE factor in Down's babies.

Leave this alone.

2. They say the longer you can keep running during a pregnancy, the better -
more oxygen gets to the baby. No doubt people think you're killing it.

3. well, I think it's quite possible it could be her kids child but DON'T CARE. It's not like the media
is going to investigate this. And if they did, they'd be smacked down and Palin would look even MORE sympathetic

4. Good advice, rateyes.
Better not to touch this issue. Besides, I'd rather CELEBRATE OUR AWESOME TICKET.

6. And there's no reason we can't celebrate Obama/Biden while pointing out the thousand other problems
McCain and Palin have.

As you say, McCain and Palin have a thousand other problems
that are based in political issues. The woman has personal issues she can be attacked on as well, but I think the baby issue (which is all gossip and speculation) is our weakest argument to make.

7. Down (there is no "s") Syndrome is now occurring far more often in the children...
of women under 30.
It is part of my job to be cognizant of that fact.

10. That's because they have more babies. Maternal age is a huge factor.
It's exponential.

9. A woman might gain very little weight but of all the thin pregnant women I've known
everyone of them had the huge bowling ball look in the front that was unmistakable. Palin simply does not look pregnant -- sometimes an overweight woman can hide a pregnancy, but I've never known a thin woman to do so. Also one usually looks even 'more pregnant' in later pregnancies.

11. That was me
I gained 20 pounds when I was pregnant. People said they couldn't tell I was pregnant at all from the back. I carried it all out front, like the bowling ball you mention. I also carried it low. Everyone predicted I would have a boy for that reason.

Four weeks after giving birth, I was back to 102 pounds, My DAUGHTER is grown and is a music teacher! She's now pregnant with her first child! I guess I will have to change my screen name to Granny Sammy!

13. In 1989 she looked very preggers in this video
when she was probably 8-9 months pregnant with her first child. Very different look
from March 2008 when she claimed to be 7 months pregnant.
