Clerk at Kohls. We are in a recession... Clerk is black 40's I am White 40's

hubby had to buy a new suit for a promotion...


We went to Kohls and expected it to be busy. We asked the clerk she said no We are in a recession and it has been slow

I said well maybe with the change coming in November things will be better

She said "I sure hope so"


She then asked if I watched Obama's speech I said oh yea

hubby even told her I played hookey from work so I could stay up late and blog

She said it was so inspiring all week. She said she loved Michelles and Hillarys and Biden's speech but that Obama brought her to tears!!!

I said we can only hope and talk to people and show them the truth!!1

I said totally

We paid our 300 dollar bill and as we were leaving she said "thanks for believing in hope

I said you too
