that the 1000th troop will be killed in Iraq next week during the convention? I hate to think that that many troops have died for an unjust cause. I'm not really sure what kind of effect it would have on * convention hopes what do you think?

will the press even take note at this point . . .? Hate to be pessimistic, am just so frustrated about this negation of our losses.

The father of a dead soldier torched a military van with warranted cause. He disfigures half of his body in total grief. I'm relieved that they're not pressing charges. Yet his outrage and angst requires further circumspection. This war is bullshit IMHO.

He lost a son. The military lost a van. Go fugure.

2. I really hate to think

that the media wouldn't take notice at all. Actually that thought just makes me sick. I really feel sorry for every family in this country that has lost a loved one. I just hope we can get an administration change to maybe fix some of the problems we are having at home, in Iraq, and else where in the world.
