3. Actually, I'm like a long term investor.

I have a stock worth $75 that consistently trades at around $45. I wonder why management cannot take steps to address the shortfall. There is NO reason it should be below $55.

Meanwhile I see a stock worth maybe $30, with all sorts of problems, that consistently trades at $44 and might even rise to $50.01. Their management is ruthless but they get the absolute maximum out of a pathetic situation.
