my question is why not focus on the economy, that is bush's weak point. Both men were very jr. officers and that has no meaning to anyone.

Kerry has experience and Bush* does not. Bush* has made mistake after mistake because he had no experience. Kerry needs to get the message out that he will not make those mistakes because he is tried under fire and knows combat mentality. It is going to continue because polls say Terror is a major factor in this election. That is why they are so desperate to discredit Kerry.
