1. I didn't see him speak.
I speculated in another thread that perhaps he got bumped because Clinton ran so long, possibly? Too bad... he should get a chance to speak tomorrow at some point!

2. No, I think Bill cut his time out
He was scheduled to speak, I don't know what happened.
Bill's speech was great and necessary but it was 10 mins over his time.

Hopefully tomorrow Obama will make time for him.

4. We need NM, and Obama is such a stand up guy, that...
I expect we'll hear from B.R., maybe at Invesco...

7. I figured he got bumped, since WJC went longer than the allotted 10 min.
And they didn't want Biden's speech pushed past midnight.

Too bad, though. Richardson would have had a lot to say about foreign policy.

9. that's good because I really wanted to hear him speak
and I thought maybe I blinked or something (you know, doing that eye rub thing where you THOUGHT you saw 'Richardson to speak next' at the bottom of the screen then, poof, it was gone?) I think he has a lot to add and will be glad to hear his comments.

He would make a great secretary of state.

11. Maybe, but I think Kerry deserves that role if he wants it
He would be really good as Secretary of State, and he deserves it more than anyone. He endorsed Obama back in January, when Clinton was still the favorite, and he's been a tireless advocate for him for the past 7 months. If only other Democrats had fought for him as hard as he has fought for Obama.

12. Kerry has been a great defender of Obama. But he may not want to give
up his senate seat to become S of S. Either way we know Kerry will be a real fighter for Obama. Especially during the next 68 days.

15. I read on HuffPost a while ago that he was rumored to be interested
Although that was a while ago...before Teddy's diagnosis and before Biden's selection as VP. Kerry might want/feel the need to stay in the Senate now, and if he stays he'd become chair of the Foreign Relations Committee, since he's second in line after Biden.
