Why did they schedule Bill now when they knew he wasn't going out

Why did they schedule Bill now when they knew he wasn't going out
on the networks? They shuld have flipped Bill with Kerry so that many more millions would have seen Clinton, using his words, knock it out of the park.

To me, that is the only mistake in the convention so far.

3. Actually probably not a bad thing
Kerry is next....probably good to have Kerry before Biden comes out...they probably didn't want to upstage Biden.

6. Biden isn't speaking until 10:30 EDT.
Last night, since Hillary spoke at 10:30, the networks played the already-completed keynote by Warner at 10:00 PM. I expect them to do the same thing tonight.
