1. I don't think there will be a roll call for Biden. I don't think there's another

nominee.

There were no delegate votes cast for VP

3. Traditionally, they are voted on at the convention

Theoretically, Hillary could have run for the VP slot at the convention if she wanted it (and probably gotten it, since she had almost half the delegates).
