What's the dish about Rove's failed marriage?
I remember reading a couple of different places that she left him saying "I don't love you. I've never loved you" - or something like that.

Ouch.

I suppose it would be hard to love a sack of lying shit like Rove.

3. Do You Know the Whole Story About 'Rosebud?'
"The discovery and revelation of the mystery of the life of the multi-millionaire publishing tycoon is determined through a reporter's search for the meaning of his single, cryptic dying word: "Rosebud" - in part, the film's plot enabling device - or McGuffin (MacGuffin). However, no-one was present to hear him utter the elusive last word. The reporter looks for clues to the word's identity by researching the newspaper publisher's life, through interviews with several of Kane's former friends and colleagues. Was it a favorite pet or nickname of a lost love? Or the name of a racehorse? At film's end, the identity of "Rosebud" is revealed, but only to the film audience. "

6. Do you believe Gore Vidal?
Of all the people for that to come from! I don't know what to make of it. He's insightful but sloppy with the facts sometimes. I take him with a big grain of salt.

4. Hardhead's 1st Law of Relationships says:
If you can't be honest with yourself, you aren't likely to be honest with anybody else, and Rove certainly fits this to a T. However, the Prince of Darkness doesn't need love. And if his dick gets lonely, he just tells it, "Talk to the hand, buddy. Talk to the hand."

The amazing thing is that he ever lost his virginity in the first place (presumably money and alcohol were involved in fairly large quantities).

Lori Price (who rocks!) posted his home address once upon a time, though the thread was yanked rather quickly. It's nice to be able to send Karl a card once in a while, let him know what a sorry specimen he is.

5. Why is it that there is never
ANY media attention to the most important person next to the resident?

It's like the second-in-command has been invisible for 4+ years. How is this possible? Nothing ever mentioned, never, nada.

Must be the "liberal media."

7. gee
...and his father left the family on Christmas Day when Rove was a kid. I s'pose that could generate a lot of hate toward the world.

8. Dude has issues.
Too bad he didn't become an ordinary, garden-variety serial killer instead of the motivating force behind a "president" who has killed thousands.
