1. Papau post this from a Bloomberg story this morning
it seems to support your finding

http://www.bloomberg.com/news/economy/politics.html

The Kerry campaign used the same lawyer as America Coming Together, an independent political group that has been running attack ads against Bush, the New York Times said.

The lawyer cited by the Times, Robert Bauer of the Washington law firm Perkins Coie, had ``a limited role'' in the campaign during the primaries and doesn't work for it now, Kerry spokesman Phil Singer said. Singer added he didn't know when Bauer stopped working for the campaign. Bauer didn't return calls to his office.

In addition, attorney Joe Sandler said he works for both the Democratic National Committee and MoveOn.org, a group running advertisements criticizing Bush. Sandler declined to discuss his dual role, referring questions to the DNC. <snip>

``Of course lawyers can have multiple clients; the issue here is one of deception,'' she said. ``It has been publicly known for years that Joe Sandler is working for MoveOn.org, but the Bush campaign has repeatedly denied that everyone, including their counsel, had any ties to the Swift Boat Veterans for Truth.''

3. Because if they had to talk about anything real
like why 970 US troops (and counting) have paid with their lives for Bush's lies, or why poverty and medical indigence have skyrocketed under Bush's watch, or why we're down more than 2 million jobs on bush's watch, or how the tax burden has grown lighter on the wealthy 1% but heavier on the rest of us, or how they created educational mandates for the country but refused to fund them, or how they continue to decimate the country and the world's water quality, air quality, climate,

and the list goes on and on, Abu Ghraib, military and strategic failures, gutting and abuse of the armed forces

and if they had to talk about any of that stuff or any of the other outrages that have spewed forth from their big fat sewer hose of outrages, they would have to vomit out their lying pig words.

So they prefer to make up these silly little nonsense stories and yell them into the cameras night after wasted night.

5. go
Go Swag...nicely done! It is all going to become so obvious to even the most casual observer (us, the american people)....right?) The Emperor has no CLOTHES!

I am watching a man named Edward Peck, Former Chief of Mission to Irag, on C-SPAN....he is kicking butt. I know it is a taped show, but I am still thinking that at any moment...they could break in on the programming and announce, " finally the truth about the Bush administration is revealed" (at least enough of it to get them out of office!)
