There was a deal worked out between the DNC & RNC allowing "surrogates" to be in the hall...and to allow for "rapid response".

I found it extremely ironic that Faux dared to bring Rove into the hall...I was hoping someone would come up there and turn on the sprinklers again and make a citizens arrest.
