GWB is just smart enough..
Edited on Thu Aug-26-04 09:32 PM by BleedingHeartPatriot
Although his general public appearances support the "dumb as a post" theory, this man has smarts where it counts. He has a doctorate in "self serving", and applies every available neuron at his disposal (true, not many) to serving and protecting "GWB".

He is also willing to acquiesce his power in order to continue to "serve and protect" himself, and the people he's chosen to pull his strings have been formidable and ruthless.

Regarding running a country...he doesn't have a clue. Regarding grabbing and holding onto power....he's earned advance degrees several times over. The scariest POTUS in history. MKJ

What a guy, to give Kerry the benefit of the doubt that way!

I'm impressed.

6. Yup he has nothin to do with those SBV guys who think Kerry was lying
why he has even sued the FEC to stop these horrible ads from all quarters. Why he thinks that Kerry is not lying how much of a good guy can you be than this great leader,
bush. Yup--he has perfected the plausible denial by having all his contributors set up these things, but of course, make sure that they cannot be found to ever be connected to him.

8. Reading through this entire article...
He comes off like a jackass.

Everything is just hunky-dory, peachy-keen. You can just see him kicking back, putting his feet up and smoking a nice Cuban cigar while Iraq burns.

Shades of Nero.

11. Now Kerry's greatest wish has come true . . .
At long last, his military service has passed muster with George W. Bush.

5. Bush is not dumb he is certifiable.
http://marketingtheworld.com/bush/bushbillboard7.php

There is no doubt that George Bush’s pre-emptive strike policy and his willingness to use nuclear weapons in such a strike constitute the greatest danger this planet has seen in a very long time. The use of depleted uranium in both bush wars in Iraq has already begun a source of nuclear contamination, a legacy he will continue to build if he is re-elected. Make no mistake about it Kerry is in the back pocket of the corporate world as much as GWB but as a stop gap measure it seems so important to send this very dangerous man permanently back to Crawford, Texas. A concerted effort must be made to end the dictatorship of the two party system. If the strangle hold on democracy is not broken then the “democracy of violence” so well represented by GWB will continue to savagely attack the people of this planet. Stand for what you believe, embrace diversity, protect the planet.

10. ROFLMAO..I have my asbestos gear on...
I know I'm inviting blow torches, but I still think he's got some, possibly rudimentary, neural functions that are solely focused on doing everything necessary to be in the most powerful position in the world.
I'll concede that Rove provides his most of his brainpower. If Bush were a true idiot, Rove could not have the influence he has. After all, idiots are not receptive to following orders. Bush, however, has enough understanding to comply with Rove's wishes.

OK, maybe "smart" was pushing it...how about generally able to cogitate? MKJ
