Gallup Daily (8/26): McCain up 46-44
oh fuuuuuck

Hope this lights a fire under Obama. At least the trend against him is happening now and not late October. He has time to make up some ground.

1. You don't really believe that, do you?

It seems pretty obvious that Gallup (which has been getting less and less trustworthy for years) is using a flawed methodology.

3. I'm REALLY smelling KKKarl in these polls ...
Maybe he decided it wasn't enough to have "the math"
and wanted to control "the polls" -- easier to steal
if you've got the public set up to believe that their
candidate is already losing ...

I DON'T BELIEVE OBAMA/BIDEN IS LOSING RIGHT NOW.
Not for one nano-second. This is the ultimate
mind-f***.

4. Ted and Michelle give great speeches, yet
McCain gets the bump? I don't believe it. They're lying again.

6. I believe they're trying to merge the lines to override Obama's upward turn.

Gallup is a completely compromised polling organization.

They went global corporate years ago, and are rented out to the global corps that revile Obama and the Democratic party. They are not a fair polling organization on presidential politics. I believe they are gaming their polls to overstate McCain's support and understate Obama's. It all has to do with how they create their samples. Overload it with older, white voters, and you have a McCain leaning poll.

They can create a favorable McCain poll any time they wish, and the only way to know they've done so is to carefully review exactly how they did their polling.

If I pick the time of day, time of week, and method of contact, I can game a poll to make it more conservative every time. If I make it a lengthy poll with questions designed to lead into other questions suggestively, I can game it further.

We are seeing an orchestrated attempt by some pollsters and some MSM to game the public by damping down the Obama-Biden surge.

7. What's McCain doing that's helping him
Are the negative attack ads are really making THAT much difference? Meanwhile, Obama has been maintaining a lead on a whole host of other issues like the economy so................?????
