What poll was Luke Russert talking about on MSNBC?
He was using info from a poll that targeted the 18-24 yr. olds using email and cel phone numbers. 55% Obama, 32% McCain. This result is something I believe because most young adults do not have land lines.

1. It was the "I'm unqualified to be here but here's a poll to bail my ass out" poll

But it doesn't mention cellphones.

"The interviewing period for this study was between July 28 and August 12, 2008; all interviews were conducted online by our research partner, Harris Interactive."

:hi:

I got the cel phone info wrong. The results were interesting. Most pollsters are not taking into account that a lot of people only use the internet and cel. This is a point that I've only heard Thom Hartmann making.

7. Why do I keep hearing about Luke Russert?
I haven't been watching MSNBC, but I keep hearing this and that about the boy. What experience could he possibly have that makes his opinion valuable enough to use national airtime for it? (granted, the same could be said for a lot of people). Why not have Hannah Montana analyze the election?

8. The thing is he added to that, is he asked the question who do you
Edited on Tue Aug-26-08 09:40 AM by EV_Ares
think would make the best commander in chief, 28% supported Obama and 31% supported McCain and then said this is a real problem for Obama. That part was probably Scarborough. They made sure that overshadowed the one you showed.

10. yeah, I heard that too
However, that still leaves nearly 50% undecided, which I find curious.

11. Yeah, where are those 50+ %? They must be undecided or whatever, doesn't
add up.
