Dems seeking to wrap up the New Jersey vote? . . .
Edited on Tue Aug-26-08 09:32 AM by OneBlueSky
can't confirm this for sure, but I just heard (on a New York sports talk radio show) that there will be two performers doing acoustic sets before and after Obama's speech on Thursday . . .

the pre-Obama performer will be Jon Bon Jovi . . .

the post-Obama performer will be Bruce Springsteen . . .

so how many electoral votes does New Jersey have? . . .

5. I think Springsteen's first Presidential support was 2004
He had known and liked Kerry for decades.

3. Heard on the radio this morning
that neither Bon Jovi nor Da Boss will be at the convention. Doesn't mean they can't broadcast from somewhere else, however.

NJ will go blue - no doubt in my mind.

http://www.njfaq.com/njfaq4a8da2.shtml , but I think NJ is pretty blue. :)

the Convention last night..'cause I'm pretty sure I saw him in the audience and I hadn't seen him for a long time?
