Stein almost seems pissed off by the whole event, taking shots at Michelle Obama but saving the harshest words for Ted Kennedy.

Michael Reagan, as always, looks glad to be anywhere.

Let's hope Larry slices and dices the Republican convention in a similar manner. I'm sure he will.

on MSNBC. Wasted a whole day on hope when we could have/should have been bashing McCain. Chuck Todd is the worst culprit.

7. Ben Stein called Al Gore a 'thug' during the 2000 election

I wrote a long letter to the makers of Clear Eyes about how they had a spokesman who had never accomplished anything in his life (except "Ferris Bueller") who was calling "a thug" a man who had written books, gone to Vietnam, served in the senate and was the current vice president (this was before the Oscar and Nobel Prize). I then told them I would never buy their product again. It's a small thing, I know, but Stein is a self-righteous asshole who pisses me off.
