I CANNOT WAIT to call her "The First Lady of the United States"

:patriot:

I was absolutely enthralled with her speech tonight.

We both had tears welling up in our eyes.

All the right notes, in the right way, at the right time.

Michelle Obama has the intellect, grace, class, dignity, wit, and beauty to restore pride and honor to our White House!

This will be a convention to remember. More importantly, this will be an election for the ages.

We witnessed history tonight. It is etched on my brain for as long as I breathe.

1. She was pretty damn great.
First time I'd heard her speak and I was definitely impressed. She totally aced it. I found her to be very engaging and authentic. She really cares about this country and Barack, it was obvious.

:hi: ZombyWoof! xo!

2. I have never seen her deliver a full speech until now
Just fragments here and there, which gave me an indication of her stage presence and manner, but I never got the full picture. So I was very impatient and even nervous about tonight! I knew it would go well, and very happy it exceeded even my reasonably good expectations. :hi:

6. Hey ya Kaj
I want be careful not to get TOO excited - not sure I can take another electoral heartbreak - but then again, we need to let ourselves enjoy these moments as they happen, for they are very rare. :hi:
