10% chance of rain in this area doesn't mean much. It means some areas are likely to get a spattering of rain, maybe a bit more, but it is very unlikely that there will be anything close to a soaker. In CO, you need 40% chance of rain or more to get anything that will do more than splatter your fresh car wash.
