Rec if you think Obama should...
Make an ad criticizing McCain with his clean and honorable campaining that he promised us. Just show the video where he said it would be a clean fight, and then show all the BS ads that attack nothing but Obamas character... What that should be about 10-15 ads now?

1. I wouldn't devote an entire :30 spot to showing how slimy some of McCain's
ads are --

A reference should do it.

3. There's a reason Obama picked a bulldog; who better to take care of this one? nt

5. And Biden will do it well -
but bellyaching about their unfair ads doesn't make us look too good.

The beauty of Biden is that his attacks are VALID. He can trash a friend's policies (like McCain) without making it personal.

We need an attack dog, but we have to use him WISELY. Otherwise he's nothing more than a snark machine.

2. F it
Not going to help BO at all. McCain has gone mudslinging for almost two months now, and the media hammered BO for going against he "new politics" by finally getting tired of it and getting muddy in his ads himself.

Too big of a double standard - Rs "hit hard" when they do it, Ds are playing low ball politics when they do.

Best case scenario, and they already have done this to BO, they will say he is "whinning."

Just man up and HIT McCain, the not knowing the houses, his cars is a winner when the media isn't blocking for McCain, and ANY and EVERYTHING that ties him to Bush.

The house ad with McSame in a golf cart with Poppy is one of the pics I have been screaming for them to use. Continue to use that and the hug pic. Every day, 1000 times a day.

4. Nah, whining about it in ads won't serve any purpose except making
Obama look like a whiner. People expect dirty politics and negative campaigning, and appreciate those candidates who can wrestle in the mud with the pigs and win. Better to carpet-bomb McLoon with good attack ads about McLoon himself.

6. It would be a way
to question his character, without actually coming straight out and saying it.
