In his latest ad, the Hillary footage doesn't specifically say "I reject Barack Obama and support John McCain," but a good lawyer could argue that this is the implication.

More pointedly, Using McCain's 100 years comment in ads would be the same thing. He didn't mean exactly what it sounded like but people are perfectly free to impose their own interpretation on his comments as seen from a point of view. Move On is not legally obliged to hew to McCain's stated "official" interpretation of his remarks any more that McCain is obliged to reflect the full range of Hillary's attitudes. Everyone is free to their own interpretations... as free as the speaker is to say something in the first place.

is an embarrassment to her. The news is saying she is angry at not being chosen, but honestly she has barely put the effort forward to get a dem in the white house. Her pronouncement that she has done more than anyone in her position is a joke. Primary losers traditionally join in to get the winner election. It makes her look like she cares more about herself than having a Dem in the white house. I for one will no longer tread lightly on her feelings if her actions have a part in electing McCain. He has been using her to divide Dems with some success. Can someone point to any action she has taken that says she has a problem with this?

really important here. I worked all week and I'm tired. That being said, yeah Dean joined in to elect Kerry. Hillary has spent all her time talking about her voters, as if she controls them. The truth is, as soon as she lost many of them became Obama voters and she seems to spend her time trying to convince them to be skeptical rather than supportive. I have no sympathy for her.
