Here's his statement about Biden (which his press release called a "strong statement" in praise of the decision):
“Senator Obama has picked an extraordinarily strong running mate in Joe Biden who has been the leading voice on US foreign policy in the Senate and a true champion of Middle class Americans. Barack Obama and Joe Biden understand that our nation faces difficult domestic and international challenges - due to the numerous failures of President Bush and Vice President Cheney – and are prepared to bring about the changes that Americans desperately want in the White House.
"A President Obama and Vice President Biden will restore America’s power, credibility and influence internationally, end the Iraq war, thwart Iran’s nuclear ambitions, strengthen our support for allies such as Israel and prevent the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction. Senator Obama and Senator Biden also understand that America is at its greatest strength when our economy is strong and growing and our fiscal house is in order. An Obama-Biden Administration will create millions of new jobs, enact a comprehensive healthcare plan, address energy security and global climate change as well as ensure that our children have a quality education. Senator Biden will be especially effective advocate for the Obama-Biden ticket in South Florida given his unwavering support for US-Israel relations and his leadership on core issues of importance to our nation’s seniors.”
