1. Is that before the news of Biden?
If so, he'll be over 50% this week!!!

4. That poll was taken BEFORE.
The Biden bounce should flow right into the convention bounce.

6. Sounds Too Soon for the VP News to be Included
but it would include the additional publicity surrounding the impending VP selection. That 1-3% is all Obama's superior handling of the media and the story.

3. We are up against the media and the rove machine, but the clothes
are starting to peal off the emperor, and people are starting to realize that the bush/mccain policy doesn't care about the poor or the middle class, they are out of touch

One of the qualifications Obama used in selecting his Vice President, was if that person knew how many houses he owned

8. The more I read about John and Cindy McCain, the more I
realize that the two have been leading separate lives.

John hasn't been there for Cindy: he was absent for 2 of her 3 miscarriages. He didn't help her when she had her stroke. Cindy's parents became aware of her addiction to pain pills while John remained oblivious.

We have all heard how he called Cindy a c*** in public and how he offered her up as a contestant for Miss Buffalo Chip.

How could any person defend McCain as a man of family values?

10. In 2000 when the bush rovian machine trashed mccain's wife and kids
and still gave support to bush, that says everything about his character

12. Cindy has everything in life but a decent husband. She is the poor person McCain was talking about.

7. The media WILL reel it back in ...
The only good news on a wide basis over the last two months it that even given the media slamming BO in every possible way, and covering up his countless gaffs, McCain has not been able to break 44-45 in his poling.

But, make no mistake, the media is just DYING to stir up the Clinton crape this week, and if BOTH Clinton's don't deliver in a big way, the overall "bounce" will not be substancial, then, after the convention, the media WILL hammer BO relentlessly.

This is going to be CLOSE, VERY close, and we all better pray that 1) the R vote surpression is limited and any other schemes in general are limited 2) All things being equal, one less idiot goes into the booth than non-idiots.
