Clinton. It is called passed over and shows the phone ringing at 3AM but Clinton is "passed over" by Obama. It then shows all her negative Obama comments from the primaries. According to Carl prick Cameron a little while ago. McCain is really trying to stoke the Puma crap and Fox is trying to egg on all the Clinton supporters unhappiness.

Edit. They just showed the ad. It was lame. The point of the ad was that Obama punished Clinton by not picking her for VP because she told the TRUTH about Obama (insert Rezko comment clip, he's not experience clip etc).
But Hannity got his rocks off.

3. As usual, McBush can't talk about anything concrete, so he resorts
to this shit. I'm thinking people will see through his lame campaign eventually. How is anyone supposed to know what he's about with mindnumbing crap like this?

...let this mean he's picking Condi Rice for VP. On the anniversary of Katrina while she was shopping for shoes instead of accepting offers of aid from other countries.

want to win on policies but wants to change the race into one of the culture of personalities. Shows the contempt they have for the intellect of the American people. Shows the contempt they have for the economy and all issues America faces at this juncture. Rumour and inuendo, swift boating and smearing. That is all the GOP is about. McCain is surely one of them (the rove cabal).

Do they really lack that much imagination to say anything good for themselves???

McCain really needs to take a double handful of ExLax.
It's not good for you to be that clogged up and angry.

19. We need a strong woman (Clinton herself? though I wonder
if she'd do it) to come out swinging at McCain on his simply horrendous record wrt women's issues.

He's awful. Simply awful. Any woman who would seriously consider voting for him has not looked at the issues. And we need to harp on it, over and over until Jane Average understands that he's all for interfering in her personal rights and bodily integrity, that he doesn't think discrimination against women is anything important or that violence against women is any big deal. Women's health care? Pffft. Not his problem. But did he tell you about when he was a POW?

Oh, about that... how about the way he treated the families - especially the women - of those Vietnam POWs?

I'd love to see a woman in particular come out swinging on these issues and hit him HARD.

Any PUMAS continuing to whine ought to be ignored like the badly behaved children they're being.

The media is trying to promote a Hillary/Obama fight. They will never give up. It's become "normal" news coverage. They detest the Clintons with a passion.

Edited on Sat Aug-23-08 08:16 PM by Hansel
The millions of people who were text messaged.

My daughter pointed out that sending the calls out at 3 a.m. was not about digging at Clinton, but instead was a stroke of genius if it was done purposefully. Because this is symbolic for putting the government back in the hands of the people. We the people answered the phone. We are empowered instead of having some authoritarian figure in the White House telling us what's best for us. The days of the fear card trumping everything are soon to be over.

If OBama's campaign didn't plan this, they should pretend they did and give this explanation. And stuff it right up Johnny's nose.
