"Chris Matthews and John McCain broke up." John Cole (lol)
“Which of the seven kitchen tables to sit at…”- Biden is already sticking it to them. The other thing that is great about this is that Biden may be just the right guy to goad the wingnuts and McCain into a volcanic eruption, which will be fun simply for the sheer entertainment value.

*** Update #2 ***

Not sure when this happened, but Chris Matthews and John McCain broke up. Matthews is all pissed off about McCain’s campaign tactics the last few months. He is making Olbermann look positively… non-partisan. From a talking head perspective, Biden is a great choice, it appears.

*** Update #3 ***

Harold Ford, who has not once paused from stepping on the neck of his own party for the past six months, is positively GUSHING about Biden as VP.

2. So true. Tweety was an attack dog...
...on anyone who denigrated the Dems. There was that one woman speaking for McCain who brought up that Biden once said some nice things about McCain, and Tweety jumps on her, saying, "Is that all ya got?!?! You're gonna pound the guy for being magnanimous to someone across the aisle?!?!?" And KO just sat back and let Tweety rip. It was great!

3. Yes, he commented about that 7 tables assertion of Biden's...
Matthews said that Biden "ripped the scab off". He also liked how Biden said we needed a wise leader more than a brave soldier. Woooops!
