last night, I heard that Evan Bayh leaked the vp news to CNN.

I was sooooooo hoping that was wrong and CNN would have major dozen or so egg on face when they were talking up Biden - because at that point the text message had not been sent out.

did the text message go out, and what exactly did it say?

Late last night after watching the Biden talk on CNN and before the text message was sent I was tempted, like the hundreds of other fake threads lately on the vp, the make a thread called

I JUST GOT THE TEXT... AND IT'S ***NOT***** BIDEN!!!!!!

but I would have got my ass chewed so bad I backed down. ;)

I picked it up, dropped, and it slid under my bed. I had to get up and turn on the light to find it! LOL! I knew what it was going to say, but I still wanted to actually read it for myself on a message sent by the campaign! :)

then someone suggested it was a ruse and Obama hired some guys in blacks suits and glasses just to roam around to throw the media off - that was funny as hell - last night was full of giggles and tension

And as soon as you send one, the secret is out. Also, the press had Biden's home staked out. I think that the Secret Service had to go to his house, so that was a good indication to them.
