1. LOL! Meg Whitman is a joke as a vp candidate for McCain. Never happen.
Sorry, serious presidential candidates don't choose complete political neophytes as running mates. Ever. And it sure won't happen this time.

12. But won't that
make it even harder to debate her if she isn't the nominee? This could spell trouble.

3. There is no chance in the world that the old misogynist will
choose a woman. None.

The only women he likes are simpering behind him, saying "yes, dear, whatever you say".

4. You REALLY think there's even a glimmer of a chance that a macho guy like McCain would pick a weak
female? I'm sure there are a couple that he views as less inferior than other females, but as a whole, I'm sure that McCain TOLERATES women in the political arena, and that's all. I don't see him EVER choosing one as someone to help govern "our great country.....my friends."

9. If it gives him a better shot at the White House, he will.
The Rethugs are like Al Davis when it comes to the POTUS race, "Just win."

If Rove tells McCain a woman will give you the best chance at winning, McCain is picking a woman.

19. You catch the sexism in that? Not the smartest person he knows. The smartest "woman." Like saying
Edited on Sat Aug-23-08 09:50 AM by indie_ana_500
so and so is "the smartest black person I know," which of course means that black people in the speaker's opinion are not as smart as "us."

He means...she's smart....for a woman. But of course not as smart as we men. So you guys don't have to worry. I'll give her a "beautify America" project or something to do involving education of children, but nothing important.

14. Let's hope he does. heh heh She is an idiot who couldn't manage her way out of a paper bag.
Ebay was profitable in SPITE OF Whitman, not because of it.

Poor decision making skills, no charisma, but boatloads of money. Typical neopuke.

I hope he does choose her. Biden will make her wish she was back running ebay into the ground.

Hello?

Whitman is a repuke, or don't trivial details like that matter to you when there's a bigger point to make?
