Merrie Spaeth and her private dick (Thomas Rupprath) wrote the SBVT frauds smear statements against Kerry. Then she coached each on what to say, and then money was “passed out” to each, secretly funded by good ol' Bob Perry of Houston.

This is why so many of the members affidavit backed slams against Kerry are falling apart under investigation. We have several “plants” in the SBVT organization and a number of members are starting to get very worried about criminal prosecution for their perpetuated frauds against Kerry.

We would bet a $1,000 that the majority of those 250+ names on the SBVT anti-Kerry list were bought and paid for by Bob Perry. I guarantee a large number of those SBVT frauds are going to be dragged into for court directed depositions on this mess in the short term! – T.A.B.

This is interesting also as to who got all the upfront SBVT money:

Based on SBVT’s 6/30/04 Form 8872 tax filing, of the organization’s $60,403 in total expenses, 68% of it went to:

1...$27,855 - Republican Merrie Spaeth’s PR company.
Merrie said she spent 12 hour with the Swiftees for their first meeting. Note: We guess it took a while to make up all those SBVT vets bullshit stories against Kerry

2...$10,000 - Republican friend of Merrie (operating under the name The McIntosh Company) who is as a Dallas based fund raiser and,

3...$3,179 - Republican friend of Merrie who is a Dallas based (actually lives in Dallas suburb of Rockwall)private investigator employed to dig up negative information about John Kerry's time in Vietnam. And, help round up Vets to assist Spaeth in spoon feeding a crap story on Kerry.

COMMENT: The Dallas Morning News has reported that some veterans have accused this investigator (Thomas Rupprath), used by Merrie Spaeth, of twisting and misrepresenting their comments.

NOTE: This is a gross understatement by the paper. This problem is widespread and Rupprath and Spaeth flat committed multiple counts of criminal fraud, and then O’Neill convinced many of the SBVT vets to keep their yap shut. One of our people knows Rupprath, and the guy is a total say anything for a buck maggot.

Supposedly one vet got a call and they told him he would be a millionaire when it was done. He turned them down.

They didn't have to actually give anyone money. Just tell someone that they can be famous and then they could make tons of money off a book about it and that's a pretty big temptation for some.
