What happened to the "outlaw overtime" law and discussion about it ?
It just disappeared. Into some ether world where all that is important is whether or not Kerry deserved a Purple Heart and was he really in Cambodia on Christmas Eve in 1969 or was he 5 miles from the border? Forget about those folks that are going to lose their overtime. That is not important. Forget about those folks walking around with 20/20 vision and still walking aroound blind. Invisible blindfolds that block them from seeing anything other than that which is given them by the right-wing propagandists....

1. I don't know. Lots of talk yesterday, but now it's gone.
I was thinking about this earlier tonight. It's late now. Maybe I'll post the question to see if anybody has been affected by this BS yet?

I think it's just too soon to see any impact. The employers who will take advantage of this haven't had time to formulate their plan, much less announce it to their employees.
