Yesterday, a right-wing smear group launched a full-fledge attack against Barack, pulling in every baseless lie and re-hashed false assertion in their playbook.

Not only that -- it turns out the ad may be illegal. Campaign finance experts are weighing in about violations of election law. And the ad is so ridiculous that CNN and even Fox News have both refused to run it.

This is exactly the kind of politics Barack is running to change.

Unfortunately, some TV stations in Ohio are running the ad right now.

Contact TV stations in Ohio and tell them this kind of garbage shouldn't be run on the public's airwaves, no matter how much money they are making to run it.

John McCain claims he had nothing to do with this attack, but a former McCain consultant leads the so called 'third-party' group behind these lies.

The primary funder of the ads, Harrold Simmons, is one of the main culprits behind the Swift Boating of John Kerry and a top bundler for John McCain. The spokesman for the group also has ties to the Kerry Swift Boat attacks.

The McCain camp and the Swift Boaters must be truly desperate to change the subject from John McCain's shocking disconnect with the economic struggles of the American people.

He issued a 30-page debunking memo, spoke out immediately and frequently, etc. but the M$M simply ignored him and kept playing the Swiftboat filth as if he didn't exist. They are now pushing the falsehood that Kerry did nothing in order to cover their own complicity in the outrage. Check it out. I am asking that you pull those Anti-Obama garbage ads off your air. There are possible illegalities in connections with the ads and the group running them, and your continued participation in you enabling them may harm your own company.

I also want to make sure that you know that I am tired of the nasty politics. There is some things that should rise above money and how much you are paid, like integrity and the willingness to contribute in a positive manner to our democracy and America. So I request that you do the right thing without hesitation.

Even cable networks like CNN and Fox have refused these ads, and you should too. If you do not cease and desist, I will be contacting each and every sponsor that advertises with your station, and I will be letting them know that I will no longer purchase their products. I will also stop watching your channel. Please note that this is no idle threat. I am sick and tired of the lack of ethics from many and will not tolerate this flagrant garbage which has no place on our public airwaves.
