1. I think you can rule out Gore. He's happy with what he's doing now.
I HOPE it's not Sebelius. I was terribly disappointed in her performance when she did the Dem rebuttal to the STU speech! O can't guess between Kerry or Biden, but my suspicion is Biden because several days ago, the Obama campaign said their announcement would not be a surprise.

2. I wish it was Gore
I really wish it was Gore. I also really like Clark, but of the choices being talked about by the media Biden is the best.

3. If Obama plans to run against McCain...
Edited on Fri Aug-22-08 10:23 PM by RichGirl
...a war hero, tough guy...with Sebellious, a running mate who has the personality of a Sunday School teacher...I would REALLY have to question his judgement. And after he makes his announcement he might as well give his concession speech.

She is the equivolent of if Hillary had won the nom and picked Harold Ford an inferior version of Obama to satisfy the black voters. Choosing Sebellious would insult the intelligence of the women who supported Hillary.

4. I agree completely...
although, if McCain really does pick mittens, any democrat worth his/her salt would be able to eat him alive in a debate...

5. I don't know about that.
Romney is a good speaker and he has that movie star good looks. Sebellious would look like a meek little mouse next to him

6. He is a good speaker, but he is a horrible debater...
(I actually had to suffer through two of the puke primary debates for a class). He is easily flustered and comes off like a used car salesman...

IMHO
