InTrade is speculating it's Biden.

Obama's campaign plane is stopping in Delaware tonight.

Biden has been quiet lately--not his MO.

All signs point towards Joseph R. Biden, Jr. as being the 47th Vice President of the United States.

But I do think it was a charter jet from Obama. Obama's plane is still sitting in the Chicago Midway Airport, and was the entire time that other flight was being tracked.

8. IMO, you're right that it's Biden. But Obama's plane didn't leave Chicago.

If I understand correctly, there was evidence that some charter plane was traveling from Midway to the Wilmington airport and people speculated that it was to pick up Biden (they couldn't charter a plane IN Wilmington?). It wasn't Obama's plane.

He mentioned a speech Biden had made about how he would have conducted himself on 9/12 if he had been president. He said that Obama gave a speech recently that sounded an awfully lot like Biden's speech and had some of the same ideas as Joe, which gave him a hint that Obama was leaning toward Biden because he liked his thinking. (Not exactly, but pretty what he said.)

I just think Joe would make that such a strong ticket, the Repugs would wilt.
