How Long Will It Take Everyone To Get The Text or E-Mail?

CNN just said that it might take 3-4 hours for everyone to get it. I remember a couple of weeks ago, some DU poster was joking that he had gotten a campaign text message BUT not THE text message. I got the same message about 3 hours later. So does this mean that in fact some of us will learn about it from the media and tv before we get our personal message? There are at least 2 million signed up. Can all 2 million get it at the same time?

• what's happening downstream on the network

I didn't sign up for the text message because I don't give my cell number to *any* politician, not even Obama!
