3. I think McCain planned this gaffe on purpose to screw up Obama's VP announcement.
:rofl: Actually, I think it's about time to move on to the VP story. The house story is out there and people won't forget it, but there's not much else to really discuss about it. It's pretty cut and dry. The next round of discussion would just be a bunch of talking heads defending McCain, explaining why it's no big deal that he doesn't know, etc. I think we can skip that part.

5. The campaign seems to run on their own agenda.
I think the decision of when to announce was made awhile back - regardless of circumstances.

There's always going to be something.
