Regardless of what the polls say, I don't think that it's a given that there are very few voters still in play in this election. The reason I say that is it seems to me that some of Bush's support is soft. "Traditional conservatives" are concerned about his foreign policy and fiscal irresponsibility. They are not going to tell a pollster today that they won't vote for Bush, but I don't think they are very happy with their choice either.

I think Kerry can make inroads there and peel off some voters. I think he can convince them that he will do better in those areas.

I don't think Bush's numbers are as "locked in" as the media would lead you to believe.

The thing is that is is hard for people to admit they have made a mistake. However even the USSC has come to it's senses and is opposing the unfettered executive power the Neons desire.
I believe we need to be clear on who and what we oppose. We can not be baited into raging against Republicans when we are violently opposed to Radical Right Wing Fascists.

Remember no true compassionate person advocates bombing women and children.

No true conservative is in favor:

of creating the largest government bureaucracy in the history of the US.

or of presiding over the biggest annual budget spending increases in US history

Any conservative reading this post does not need to answer it. The only question you need to answer is 'Are The NeoCons and PNAC leading you in the direction YOU want to go?' If so go ahead vote to elect them for the first time in November. If not when you pull the curtain and get ready to cast your vote remember you don't have to vote for Kerry but you should vote for Any Body But Bush.

2. I know a lot of people who are generally conservative
but who are going back and forth decided whom to vote for. So I agree 100%

3. If they are wobbling get them all the way, or get them to stay home.
A stay at home conservative is a good protest vote and helps Democrats downticket.

4. I don't like encouraging people to stay at home
It's undemocratic.
