if Hillary wanted to VP she shouldn't have said in clear plain English that McCain is ready and Obama is not.
with that alone, she blew it. A lot of us who weren't too emotionally invested in Obama could forgive some reasonable attacks. It was a primary.
But to undercut your own party's possible nominee while praising the other party's to the sky is too much. Many of us were pretty shocked and felt betrayed.
Not saying we can never forgive her. She's out there now campaigning and hopefully taking back some of her more unfair attacks.
If she does that, all's forgiven, but consider the awful things she said about him, why the hell would he want her around after all that?
If someone attacked you in the ways she attacked him, would you want to give them the job? Even if you didn't really hold a grudge, you wouldn't want them around.
Besides, the Republicans are dying the run against her, even as VP -do you need me to explain why?..........
It would energize the Republican base in ways that would seriously hurt Obama's chances. So, No I don't hate Hillary (I wish her all the luck), but it's a bad idea.
Please, Hillary fans and fellow Dems, let this go, for the sake of the party, let her go back and take over Senate Majority Leader from Reid (who just is not getting the job done) where she can perform a lot of the same kind of heroics for the middleclass she intended to perform in the whitehouse.
Is it a deal?
