3. Nothing against Hillary's existing talents...
But I think her actual expertise has been hyped up to an insane degree, particularly the "experience" meme, which pales in comparison to Biden, Richardson, etc.

as one of her accomplishments when news came out it was really Kennedy and kerry behind it.

22. The country may decide the same about Obama on election day. And you'll have no on to blame but
yourselves. I'm getting fucking sick of the Hillary bashing around here. Most Hillary supporters are not PUMAs but some of you around here treat us like we are, just because we have the gall to talk positively about Hillary or post that we think she'd make a good VP. Most of you seem to think that unity only means supporting Obama. Well, I'm hear to tell you that my definition goes beyond that and I'm sure there are many other Hillary supporters here who agree with me. Unity isn't a one-way street and unity does not mean having to accept the constant Hillary-bashing that goes on here.

Edited on Wed Aug-20-08 05:00 PM by azmouse
I'm fucking sick of the Obama bashing around here. I've never even used that word (PUMA) to describe anyone here on DU. Unity does mean supporting Obama NOW because he WON the nomination. It's more than time that you understood that and moved on.
If Obama loses it will be because of the sour grapes of HRC people and their lack of love for this country being shown by not supporting the Democratic candidate.

I don't like HRC... at all. I've never hid that fact and I won't now.
But I don't hate her supporters the way your side seems to hate Obama supporters.

41. Hillary fucked up on the unity thing when she chose McCain over Obama as more presidential material
sorry if you don't like the fact that people have memories here.
If she and Bill would shut their beaks and support Obama properly and tell the deadender loser PUMAs to take a hike, out in public, then I'd have nothing much to gripe about. Till then I feel every right to express my utter and total disgust with the Clintons.

she slit her own selfish throat by throwing all caution to the wind to make a desperate grab at the nomination. She lost.

and she is one poor loser.

30. It is NOT my opinion of her that colors my judgment.
It is my observation of her performance in the Senate where she failed to oppose the bush* administration, and the witnessing of her poor campaign that is the basis of my opinion.

Obama does NOT need this kind of "help".

Fact is, Obama DOESN'T need her. Polls show a majority of registered voters don't want her on his ticket. I'd be shocked to see him grant her the VP slot.

34. "Most of you would be PUMAs if Hillary had been the nominee."
That's impossible. Because the big pharmaceutical companies funding the kittycult and the CIA thugs manipulating them would have absolutely no interest in promoting Obama, if Hillary were the nominee.

Everyone who backed another candidate has a right to some disappointment when their guy or girl loses. But that's not what the kittycult is about, regardless of the front they attempt to project. It's about those who have been in power for the last 28 years, desperate to hold on to it.
