Why the media needs the Smear side of the SBLB scandal to continue

It's simple really. so long as they can sell this soap as a "cloase election", the bottom line wins.

They cannot let Kerry start walking away in the polls. They must have everything to do with Kerry's heroic service in question to get the race as close as possible. And in the ned, their corporate masters must have a Bush win.

Now, the smear is creating an anti-Bush backlash, so they can't get off the subject quickly enough.

We need to keep hammering and hammering.

There is only one thing that we can depend upon with this media. They will do whatever they can to make Kerry look bad. If we keep that in mind as we proceed, we can turn this crap around on them.
