Why did I watch CNN, What Fool I am

Ok I am watching 360 I think stop me if someone has already bitched about this
Anyway they are showing clips of the Upcoming show Obama and McCain Revealed
Anyway the Clip for Obama is When he was running for the state senate
and how he got all the candidates names taken off the ballot because of their "bad paperwork"

Then they show McCone's Clip, it's got music, talking about his first combat mission, and a scene of McCain teary eyed telling you guessed it a war story.

auggggghhh I fell for it, what was I thinking

1. I've stopped paying attention to any of it.

It's too frenetic and shallow on the whole, that it just takes too much energy.

4. don't worry...

I saw an opposite scenario earlier tonight... John King nails McCain on his cheating on Carol McCain, and on how his marriage ended, while the Obama preview was an endearing piece on how Michelle and Barack met and went on their first date. So they're just mixing it up, I guess... at least on the run-up to the shows.

Don't know how even the shows themselves will be on the whole... we'll see tomorrow night.

asking McCain why the public story about his divorce did not match up to the court records
McCain's answer
"that was 30 years ago, I don't know every detail."

Question, if this is truely his singly most "Moral failing"
wouldn't the pain details be forever etched into his brain?

these mainstream corporate line drummers be. Too many of our basically good-hearted but under-educated brethren, who are themselves honest to the point of being unable to perceive dishonest motivation and presentation, implicitly trust these mainstream media institutions--and then often proclaim, loudly, stridently and unknowingly, the parrotted key point recitation of the evidence of their being had.
