This "pretty-please" crap should stop--it doesn't work against the Rovian machine. The public responds to the media fed clashes of 20 second sound bites, and we need to get ours in. We also need to blow them away on the talk shows. Everyone here should e-mail the shows urging equal time for AWOL BUSH to counter Swift Boat Liars. Here is the one I sent to Hardball.

Do the research for them. Give them citations, quotes, and references. "It would be service if you explored the difference between the facts and the perception on these issues..."

The person who screens and catagorizes the email is just some 9-5er like us. He needs to read cyrbaby rants like he needs a hole in the head -- I guarantee they all go right into the delete bin.

Be responsible, brief, and factual rather than opinionated. Deluge them, absolutely! But direct your fire, don't just shout and scream.
