For those of you who keep saying... "The Media Will Never Cover Cross-Gate... it's too damaging to McCain"... NEVER GIVE UP!

We, DUers and Kossaks, Andrew Sullivan and even Freepers (yes, they broke the original story, way back in 2005... thanks guys) have FORCED the McCain campaign respond to reality that his story is a BIG FAT LIE.

And in responding, they did three incredible things:
1. Pushed the story into the MSM
2. Recognized the issue
3. Made a Huge Blunder in that Orson Swindle's accounts were easily refuted with statements Swindle made just back in April.

NEVER. GIVE. UP!

We Duers and Kossaks Never Gave Up. We found and exposed Swindle's account for the lie that it is. And guess what?

McCain Campaign IS FORCED TO RESPOND AGAIN!

Why take such a risk? Because THEY KNOW WE ARE RIGHT. They must RISK EVERYTHING and try to refute this or their campaign is over!
And if this story is picked up by the MSM (and they will pick it up now), it IS over.

Now they enter panic mode.

Never. Give. Up.

Being in panic mode is a VERY BAD thing for a campaign. It doesn't give the managers time to vet everything. And guess what. In their latest response, by Bud Day, we've already caught them in another CONTRADICTING ACCOUNT (LIE).

Their credibility is shot. We must push this through the MSM.

By responding TWICE to the Blogosphere, the McCain campaign has VALIDATED the story. They have ACKNOWLEDGED the issue and realize it's a problem. WHY? BECAUSE WE ARE RIGHT.

This is not the world that depended on the Corporate peacocks to get the message out, this is a brand-new world where the internet rules and the media is starting to take second place. They are starting to realize they need to take the net/blogs/YouTube seriously if they want to stay, in any way, relevant, imo.

3. Agree - FIRED UP! READY TO GO! - Thanks To Everyone On This Board...

and on the blogosphere who were instrumental in documenting this lie, publishing it, and responding to the McCain camp's efforts to cover-up the lie. Everyone on this board and in the blogosphere deserves thanks. :applause:

However, we are not done. In typical GOP fashion, they are not responding with facts, but with ad hominem attacks on members of the media that dare to question John McCain. The best example is "how dare they suggest that John McCain, a former POW, lied." Oh year? What does Carol McCain think about John McCain's ability to stay true and remain honest?

So, again thanks to all those of you who have got this story out there, and please keep it up.
