I find O'Reilly funny. I should imagine that he has giant clown shoes on underneath that desk, and that his everyday attire does indeed resemble that of the local 'Bobo'. I picture him driving not a car, but a giant Spinning Top (emblazoned with 'NO SPIN ZONE' bumper stickers) with a horn which makes a noise resembling O'Reilly's "CAUUUSHUUUNNNNN!!" catchphrase when pressed, a vehicle that only functions when driven on the right hand side of the road, which rules a few countries out of Bill-o's holiday destination list.
