point of view which the repubs have pandered to for a very long time. I don't think the questions were given to McBush ahead of time, when it came to the typical fundie issues, it's not hard to just mouth the usual repub rhetoric which is what McBush did.

The divorce question. He knew to admit it, say nothing of detail, and knew he wasn't going to get called on it by Warren. He knew he had a free pass.

I'm not saying Warren was in on it, but the entire Bush McCain apparatus has many ways to get information. He knew the questions, and the proof is in the way he was prepared for EVERY question quickly. He cannot speak that way without being coached and prepped.
