What night of the Convention is the Roll Call Vote?

I have seen the line-ups for the speakers, when does the Nomination vote take place?

When, exactly, will we have Nominee Obama?

Is it the day of Obama's speech?

Obama will then formally accept the nomination when he gives his speech. I'm not 100% sure though.

5. The presidential roll call is Wednesday night.

Obama accepts the nomination Thursday night.

ETA: The presumptive VP nominee speaks Wednesday night, but he or she isn't formally nominated (probably by acclamation) until Thursday night.
