Has Bush denied plans to adopt Lynndie's baby?

As of this writing there has been no denial from Bush that he & Pickles plan to adopt Lynndie England's baby, due in October. Some people are saying they want to raise the baby as a True Christian while "Bad Apple" Lynndie serves up to 38 years in prison for ignoring quaint Geneva Conventions, the Uniform Code of Military Justice, and common standards of human decency. The controversy over this planned adoption is fueled by the lack of a denial from the White House.

4. I've served with bush* as an American in America for over 30 years, and

I have NEVER heard him deny plans to adopt Lynndie's baby. Furthermore, I am not yet convinced he has been excluded as the father!
