If McCain's adultery doesn't matter because "it was years ago"
what makes his military experience any different?

1. Both are just the opposite
His adultery is still relevant, just because a whore marries his mistress doesn't remove the fact that they are both whores.

McCain's military record is bullshit, he crashed several planes and if he had a different grandpa he never would have flown with the crappy grades he got. It's sad he got shot down and captured but his entire career was a flaming case of nepotism.

2. Plus the man was in his 40s when he committed adultery......
that's old enough to know better. And who knows what he has done since. I remember a certain lobbyist recently enough.

3. If everything a candidate did 30 years ago is going to be an issue
Should Obama's cocaine use 30 years ago be an issue?

That knife cuts on both sides.

5. Obama's use of drugs has been used in this campaign-
and likely will be again.
He has demonstrated by his life that he's learned from it and thinks it was stupid. McCain repeatedly and angrily dismisses any line of questions that touch at the edges of his carefully crafted image. He's USING his 'POW' experience to play on the pity and guilt of America. If he's going to do that, and expect to avoid facing up to the terrible things he's done (and then sanitized) like his lust, use of women as 'things' and exploiting his 'new' wifes money and power, then he SHOULD have 'another think commin'.

Obama's candid, self searching admission of his mistakes as a young adult don't really compare with McCain's pattern of womanizing. Barack could have kept his past quiet, but true to someone who has really conquered a problem, he was open and honest about it. McCain not only allows people to think he's a man of "honor" and "duty"- he brags about it. He has lived off the wealth and power of his 'mistress/wife', and continues to do so.

There is a sickening double standard in this race, and this country. If Obama had done what McCain has done (and gotten away with) he'd be crucified.

I want to hear the media ask McCain head on if he's been faithful to Cindy.- He shouldn't be treated any different than any other candidate- and he is, continually.

Thanks for your input.
:hi:

6. As said below it has
McBush has brought this on himself thanks to his right wing media "my friends".

ABC was caught editing out the Mcbush reference in the Edwards interview.

Considering his mistress/wife playing with drugs it does cut like a knife.

The media knows darn well that their so-called straight talker is full of it since he's with his mistress/wife.

8. His POW experience is his ticket to everything.
It gave him the right to trade in his wife for a younger model, and it qualifies him to be president.
