Any thoughts on these donations to Obama?

I found a link to this on a right-wing web site, where people are asking why $21.5 million of Obama's donations say "No state was supplied" (compared with only about $15,000 of McCain's). Any thoughts on why this is? After all, one would assume that normal record keeping would capture the state info.

on any website but have donated less than $250
