I am extremely disturbed that the Soviet Union breached the Iraq-Pakistan border and violated American soil by attacking Georgia. I know how to win wars and I am coming up with a surge plan that will protect the vital peach population of Georgia. I have visited the Peach Zone in Atlanta several times and I know the surge is already working. I do know how to win wars. There is also no history of violence between the Georgia Bulldogs and the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets. It is possible, we don't know yet, that the Soviets and Al-qaeda were trained by Iran. My sources in Czechoslovakia say that Jimmy Carter has met with the Prime Minister of Germany, Putin, as far back as 10 years ago. In fact, all intelligence agencies say that, it's just history.
