HEY OVER HERE--It's McCain vs. Obama, not Hillary vs. Obama
Can we stop talking about the Clintons?

I launched a thread asking for the smears to stop. They've haven't.

Doesn't this distract from the real issue at hand? What does Bill or Hillary have to do with the race for the White House?

McCain's getting crushed, we've got to make sure it stays that way, and you want to talk about HILLARY?!?

5. My threads about Obama. We should be helping Obama, not beating up on Hillary.
Seems to me we're better positioned to win if we don't attack Senators who had 18 million votes we need, and instead focusing on unifying and crushing McCain in the fall. Sound good?

11. Oh the "he started it argument"
Bill Clinton isn't running for anything.

Obama is. We should be focusing on him.

Not Bill.

15. I agree......

Hard to keep from focusing on him though... when its the lead story on all the cable networks.

17. That's the MSM for you. McCain is faltering, and they want to change the subject.
Don't let them.

Knock on doors and make calls. Let everyone know what McCain is up to.

13. Hey, the only thing sweeter than delusion is self-delusion.
Let's see if this thread ends up being another Hillary thread.
Oh, look, it already has. I'm shocked, how about you?

They are self centered whiners.

9. Personal feelings about them aside, shouldn't you and others be focused on OBAMA?
And not them?

Just saying.

18. I haven't posted anything about this topic.
But since you asked.... I don't think it's an accident that they're getting headlines. The day they officially lost the presidency was a great day for the country and the world. They won't get to do all those favors that they've been promising over the last 8 years. And don't doubt for a second that there was some quid pro quo with those unknown Clinton library donors. In the end it's all about them. We've seen that over the last 2 years and 16 years.

16. I've posted two threads in the mess of the dozens upon dozens of Clinton smears.
I don't like seeing them smeared. So I'll defend them.

Doesn't change my point: Why are we talking about them?

Why are you?

Shouldn't you be helping Obama? Or are you selfish. You know, what you claim the Clintons are?

7. One press release would stop it. All she has to do is tell the DNC
not to put her name up for a floor vote and tell her delegates to vote for Obama. Pretty simple. Hasn't happened yet, so the discussion will continue.

Why?

12. Emotions are raw today because of this:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uSpcxkKlEFA

A lot of us predicted this would happen during the primary, and now it has.

If she would kindly put out a statement, then you would see a lot of the annoyance dissipate.

20. You mean the same ad with Joe Biden, John Kerry and Russ Feingold?
McCain is faltering, and the MSM is changing the subject. McCain's campaign is going to do everything to take the negative focus off themselves, and put it on Obama/Hillary/Denver.

Don't let them. We're unified. Let's go kick some ass, and stop smearing each other and win this race!!

22. Hers was an insult at Obama. The others were from years ago,
when McCain was considering switching parties, and they didn't put down Obama in such a condescending way. God, don't be so biased.

24. And yet, Obama never said anything that incendiary in said heated primary.
He never framed it the way she did, that McCain was better than her. Since Dean, Biden, and Kerry have issued statements, I would like to see hers.

25. I listened to that nitwit Ed Schultz for a short
time this afternoon and all he talked about was those evil Clintons. He talked to Lanny Davis and he is real polite about the Clintons, then the two-faced jackass goes off on them for an hour after that conversation. I swear he is more obsessed about the Clintons than Hannity.
