Brown's most watched ad — titled "Was He Muslim?" — draws on an Associated Press report that a 6-year-old Obama was enrolled as a Muslim, the religion in which his stepfather was raised, at a Catholic school in Indonesia. Obama is a practicing Christian.

The ad questions whether Obama is telling the truth when he says he's never been a Muslim.

It's good to know who your enemies are, and to know that we'll have to deal with this kind of utterly baseless and extremely racist fearmongering in the coming months. I mean, we all knew it would happen, but to see this guy so blatantly proud of trying to raise the fear in people that "OMG Obama is a secret terrorist" is just disgusting.
